Science Fiction comics were originally filled
with futuristic robots, rocket ships, ray guns,
space colonies and every conceivable form of
alien life. Over the years the Sci-Fi genre has
had it's ups and downs, It
began to return to the adult market again in the late 60s with
the wave of hippy underground comics. Science-fiction comics
have also been published in non-Western countries. Much of
Japanese manga is science fiction.
